Philmont 2021

Just a reminder that John Kuehn is collecting names and deposits of those who would like to attend Philmont with the Troop in 2021. The date is June 12-24, 2021. Non-refundable deposits need to be in by March 31, 2020. Your scout must be 13 1/2 and completed the 8th grade by the time we arrive at Philmont or age 14+. Total cost will be $1,350 broken into three additional payments of $500, $500 and $350. Visit THIS WEBSITE for more information.  Please note, there is a section that deals with health issues. Philmont is strict when it comes to height and weight requirements in order to attend. Recharter Paperwork and Dues Due TONIGHT!

TROOP MEETING TONIGHT And, at the meeting is a VERY IMPORTANT DEADLINE --the final opportunity to pay your RECHARTER MEMBER DUES! Remember to bring TWO copies of the health forms which includes copies of your insurance cards. All adults rechartering MUST have a current YPT or they will be not be included in the recharter, so bring a copy of your YPT cert to be sure (individual emails were sent to those with expired YPT). If you have not turned in forms/paid/made arrangements for payment, then you will be DROPPED from the Troop roster, so please pay your dues! Also, BSA dues increase in January, not to mention, you will have to go through the entire adult application process all over again, so thank you for helping us with the great year-end paper chase!
