Youth fees are as follows: $80 BSA National Registration Fees $12 Longhorn Council Insurance $75 Troop Dues $167 - for 2024 Youth Registration.    (If you'd like to add Scout Life magazine, add another $15) Adults fees are as follows: $60 BSA National Registration Fees $12 Longhorn Council $72 - for 2023 Adult Registration $25 - for 2023 Merit Badge Counselors  (who are not already registered as volunteers) Please note many of your scouts have money in their scout account. You can see how much is in your son’s Scout Account at  scoutbook.com  under the Payments Log. If you would like for us to use that money toward their dues, please let our Membership Chair know.   TROOP MEETING TONIGHT And, at the meeting is a VERY IMPORTANT DEADLINE --the final opportunity to pay your RECHARTER MEMBER DUES! All adults rechartering MUST have a current YPT (that does not expire at anytime during 2023) or they will be not be included in the recharter, so bring a copy of your YPT cert to be sure (individual emails were sent to those with expired YPT). If you have not turned in forms/paid/made arrangements for payment, then you will be DROPPED from the Troop roster, so please pay your dues! Remember to bring TWO copies of the health forms which includes copies of your insurance cards. All adults rechartering MUST have a current YPT or they will be not be included in the recharter, so bring a copy of your YPT cert to be sure (individual emails were sent to those with expired YPT). If you have not turned in forms/paid/made arrangements for payment, then you will be DROPPED from the Troop roster, so please pay your dues! Also, BSA dues increase in January, not to mention, you will have to go through the entire adult application process all over again, so thank you for helping us with the great year-end paper chase! It's time to recharter! As a brief reminder, recharter is a full membership audit of all registered members (youth and adult) for Troop 1910.  We conduct our recharter October-November each year. The Troop has to submit our Recharter documents before the first week of December to the Boy Scouts of America for the 2019 calendar year. As part of this process, each Scout and leader must, in short, re-register for the upcoming year meaning payment of dues and submission of TWO complete BSA Health Forms A&B (with all necessary copies of insurance cards and/or shot records attached thereto).
