Fall Flower Sales

The fall flower sale fundraiser is in full swing. Click HERE for order forms and click HERE for a color guide for the flowers. Flats are $17 each (18 4-inch pots per flat), with $6 of that amount going directly to the Scout's account to be used toward event registration, camping equipment, Troop activities and more. Order sheets and flower money are due to Mrs. Hillebrand September 19. Flowers will be ready for you to pickup to deliver in mid-October. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Hillebrand at next week's meeting.

Permission forms for the September Climbing Campout at Sid Richardson Scout Ranch are due at our September 9 Troop meeting.  The Permission Form is HERE. Please note to participate in this event, there is an additional $7 fee to be included with your Permission Forms as well as your money for food which is given to the grubmaster for your patrol. A reminder to all parents and Scouts - electronics and/or phone are NOT allowed on campouts.  They must remain either at home or in the vehicle your Scout rode in on the campout.

Scouts BSA Fair

Each year our District holds a Scout Fair which allows all area Troops to set up and provide information on our unit to prospective Webelos or Scouts who are interested or will soon be making their determinations on which Troop is right for them.  We are participating in the Scout Fair September 15 from 2-4:30 pm (Yes, this is the day we are returning from the campout).  However, this is an important recruiting opportunity for our Unit and we would love to have ASMs, Committee Members and Scouts present to help present the best of Troop 1910 to the visitors.

Food Donations - A Scout is Kind

Donations are needed for the Resource Center. Experiencing an increase in need at the Resource Center, the KUMC outreach serves the food insecure in our community. We invite you to help us meet this increased need. Monetary donations are welcome. CLICK HERE to give online or you can mail a check to the church with "Resource Center" in the memo line. A donation of food items is also greatly appreciated! Most needed items are: peanut butter jelly canned soups/Ramen mac-n-cheese pasta canned pasta sauce canned vegetables canned meat (tuna, chicken and/or canned ready meals such as ravioli, spaghetti O's) beans (any variety in 1 or 2 lb. bags) rice (1 lb. bags preferred)
