Levels of Completion in Scoutbook

Image
All advancement items go through a series of  "done" in Scoutbook. Those are as follows:  Complete Leader Approved/Recorded, and  Awarded COMPLETE This is the least important status for this Troop. Basically, this is there to allow a Scout or a Parent (which we have often) to mark an item as Complete pending Leader review and approval. Patrol Selection

Image
From your SPL Team regarding Patrol Selection: As is typical at Spring elections, the patrols are being reorganized in order to better distribute experienced scouts. The link below will lead you to a poll that allows you to tell the SPL team which Scout(s) you would like to be in a patrol with. The ASPL of patrols will be searching for those who have put each other down on the list so make sure to talk to those you wish to be with so that you have the highest chance of being put with them. If you do not answer the poll by May 11, then you will be assigned in whatever patrol that he sees fit. The faster you sign up, the more likely you will be grouped with who you want. CLICK HERE
